explanation
I worked with a guy who ran his trailer rental business out of a file folder filled with 5 X 8 index cards. He would work his way through these cards and if it was a rental for the full month, he would create an invoice. Then after going through the 150 cards, he would get out his calculator and go back through them and deal with the odd balls. Where the trailer was rented for a week here and a couple of days there.
