It comes out of the box looking like this.

You end up with these pieces to assemble. The sissy bar; rearview mirrors; the turn signals, breaks, and headlight are wired and you just need to attach and tighten them. 

You need to snap and tighten the handle bars. Insert a fuse. Mix up some 2 cycle oil with some gas in the included mixing container. It's marked. Fill up the gas to this line, then the oil to this line. Plug the battery charger in for a couple of hours. Or use the pull starter. Then get the wind in your hair. Try to wipe the smile off your face. Come back and retighten everything.

Limited Thirty (30) Day Warranty PARTS ONLY—NO LABOR

American Products Company, Inc. (“APC”) warrants to the original purchaser of this product that should the product, or any part thereof, under normal use and conditions, be proven defective in material or workmanship within thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced by APC at its option.

This warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof which, in the opinion of APC, has suffered or been damaged through improper assembly, alteration, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, or by acts of nature. The extent of APC’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement provided above, and in no event shall APC’s liability exceed the purchase price paid by the purchaser for the product. To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this warranty, please contact APC at (866) SCOOTR1(866-726-6871) with proof of warranty coverage (e.g. receipt or dated bill of sale). Purchaser is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to APC.

 This warranty is in lieu of all express warranties or liabilities. Any implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, shall be limited to the duration of this written warranty. Any action for breach of any warranty hereunder including any implied warranty of merchantability, must be brought within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase. In no case shall APC be liable for any consequential or incidental damages from the breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied. No person or representative is authorized to assume for APC any liability other than expressed herein in connection with the sale of the product.

 Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
